Ezra is a chat window at the bottom right of every admin page. Try the questions on the right.
- Ask “Where is…?” and Ezra links straight to the page.
- Ask “How do I…?” and Ezra answers from the product’s help material.
- Ezra stays inside the product and will not search the web.
- When it cannot find a good answer, it says so.
- If you set a support email, Ezra can open a short form to send a support request.
New administrators find their way quickly, and support load drops.
