Deal registration, pipeline and co-selling

Deal registration that protects partners and shows you the pipeline.

Partners register deals through your portal. You approve them against rules you set, see likely conflicts before you decide, and forecast from real partner activity.

What you can do

Deal registration

Partners register the deals they are working: prospect company and contact, estimated value, expected close date, products being sold, and attachments if you require them. You approve or reject with a reason, and can register deals on a partner’s behalf. Approval starts the partner’s protection period.

Partners know their deal is protected, and you get early sight of pipeline you would otherwise never see.

Registration policy

Set the rules: how long a registration lasts, whether small deals are approved automatically, whether attachments are required, whether conflicts are checked, and who is notified.

Program rules are enforced consistently, not remembered individually.

Conflict detection

When a new registration looks like one already on file, you see the match before you decide.

Fewer channel conflicts and fewer arguments between partners.

Deal comments and history

Staff and partners comment on a deal, and staff can mark a comment internal so the partner does not see it. Partners mark deals won or lost.

The conversation about a deal stays attached to the deal.

Pipeline view

See all partner deals as a board with a column per stage, or as a list, filtered by stage and partner. A forecast view and configurable stages complete the picture. Partners get a pipeline view of their own deals.

A forecast built on real partner activity.

Products and price books

Maintain a catalog of products and price books, and limit price books to groups of partners. Deals can be priced from the catalog, which feeds the value figures in reports.

Deal values are consistent and comparable across the program.
