What it does
Versioned documents
A new terms version supersedes the last — it never replaces the history. What was in force on a given date stays answerable.
An acceptance gate at login
Partners must accept the current terms before using the portal, and acceptance is recorded per user per version.
Evidence, not assurances
IP address and user-agent are captured with each acceptance, so the record stands on its own.
Off when you do not need it
No terms uploaded means no gate — nothing blocks a program that does not require one. And an infected or unscanned upload can never become the enforced document.
